I think I began my first website, ​Free Extreme Fiction, some dozen years ago now, and I believe I filled it and this website with some half a million words, and a few thousand of those words, at least, was me talking about me. Lots of personal stuff on my two websites. I'm bringing this up now because I'm probably going to be repeating a lot of that stuff in this essay. That's one of the many, many reasons I'm giving up the Dann O'Keefe persona. Old Dann's reaching the age where he's starting to repeat himself. ​
