Trevor tapped on the front door of Gramps and Abby's house.​

     "Come on," he heard Gramps yell from inside.

     Warmth engulfed Trevor as he came through the door, warmth from some sort of central heating system, yes, but also the other kind of warmth that's more of a feeling than a physical sensation, this sense that the people who lived there loved each other and therefore wanted things to feel comfortable for everybody.

     Niki and Malika sat together in a love seat.

     Abby sat in what Trevor figured was her favorite chair.

     Trevor introduced himself to Abby as he found a vacant chair for himself.

     "Although I feel like I already know you," he said.

     "I think that's going to be the saying of the day," Abby replied.
