From Weapons Sector, a breach.
Impossible.
Both a physical key and a telepathic code were required to get into Weapons Sector, and very few of Delphi's guards had either, much less both.
Then, oh no.
Delphi accessed the file of the second murdered guard.
Damn. That second guard had been a telepath, and he'd been carrying the telepathic code. How did Delphi miss that? He'd allowed himself to get complacent, and now...
Still, without a physical key...
Delphi focused on the single entrance/exit to Weapons Sector.
It had been unlocked.
How could such a thing possibly be?
Delphi tracked down each of the physical keys. None of them had been touched. So how...
He saw it, then.
The blue blanket.
It seemed to slide along the floor of Weapons Sector on its way to the one entrance/exit.
A weapon had obviously been taken. Which one, though?
Delphi inventoried the weapons in Weapons Sector.
When he discovered what the child had taken, Delphi sent out an immediate alert.
"There's an Azurian child in Weapons Sector! From this moment on, your only priority is to find and eliminate her!"
