     Then,

Something that looked very much like a silver meteor bulleted from the sky to descend upon what was left of the top floor of the Diamond Tower.

Here she comes, right on schedule, Trevor thought.

     "Bye," he said. He disappeared.

I was really hoping she wouldn't show up again, Gramps thought.

The meteor slammed into the floor of the auditorium. It radiated out waves of silver light that momentarily overwhelmed the top floor of the tower to the point where it seemed that reality itself glowed silver.

The silvery brilliance then returned to it source, to the meteor, although, really, it never was a meteor.

     It was Silveria.

     Of course it was.

She looked to Brock exactly as he had seen her the year before in the skies above Seatrailia. The Valids had always figured she was some kind of entity who'd somehow escaped from Domitika while Valtair and his compatriots had been siphoning energy from Infini's dream universe for use in this reality.

She loved the naked, female form, Silveria did.

She also loved being the center of attention.

She waved at the room and bellowed, "You didn't think you could have a party without me, did you?"
