But, before they could get up through the hole in the ceiling, what looked to be a shining star flew into the cavern.

     A silver star.

     Yep, it was her.

Silveria stood on the edge of the cauldron. Naked. Glorious.

"Did you think I'd let you forget about me?" she bellowed. "Someone who could do...this?"

From her fingertips emitted what looked to be a host of flying silver tigers. They flew at both Azure and algrim soldiers alike, clawing, tearing, snarling. For the warriors on both sides, these tigers became like target practice. They wasted no time blasting them into non existence.

"Okay, now you're staring to annoy me." Silveria held wide her arms, and the domitikan energy that seeped from the lip of the cavern now flooded into her and through her, and, as it left her, the energy became massive, hissing nightmarish monsters. These creatures were like no animal or anything else found on Earth, but the products of a demented, alien mind. The Azure and algrim soldiers took care of them quick with impactors and mini-sonic grenades.

Trevor coughed. Lying on a rock with his shattered knee, he suddenly found it hard to breathe due to all the dusty silver mist in the air.

From where she stood on the lip of the cauldron, she pointed down at him. "You!" she roared. "I remember you! You gazed upon my nakedness! You lusted for me!"

Well, no, it wasn't exactly like that, Trevor thought. Why didn't I turn invisible the second I let go of Noel? I'm no good at this fucking react fast business. The pain from his fractured knee was so intense, he wanted to vomit. Please don't talk to me anymore, he begged Silveria silently with his mind. Focus your attention somewhere else, please. Just leave me alone until all of this is over and I can get to a...

     "Come to me!"

     Shit!

Silver mists lifted Trevor. He rose until he was face to face with the madness that was Silveria.
