"Do you still think I am beautiful?" Silveria asked.

I...I...my knee...I..." Trevor was absolutely terrified of her.

"Kiss me." She gave him no choice. Her silver mists twisted him around in midair until his mouth pressed tight against hers. She ran her tongue all in his mouth and down his throat. It was like a snake slithering around in there. It made him gag.

     Which only got Silveria hotter.

She removed her lips from his long enough to mutter, "Run your hands along my breasts."

     "My knee. The pain is..."

"Feel my nipples. Feel how hard they are. Feel between my legs. Feel how wet I am."

     "I'm about ready to pass..."

"Okay! Okay!" She crumbled him the way a child would a cracker. The far-more-intense-than-any-pain-he'd-ever-known-before agony radiated out from Trevor's chest to his arms, his hips, his legs, his skull. Trevor had no choice but to belt out one huge, blood curdling

     "Aaagggghhhh!"

     which was followed by another

     "Aaagghhhh!"

only this one wasn't caused by Trevor. It was caused by Silveria herself because Brock had returned from where he'd been with Noel to put everything he had into an azure blast to send Silveria's way.

It caught her right in the face.

     Therefore, the

     "Aaagghhhh!"

     came from her.

Trevor fell. It was a good three story drop. No way would he be able to live through it.

Brock also fell. He, too, would be unlikely to survive impact with the hard rock below.

Shawnacy kicked an algrim soldier in the face, breaking free from him. She dove for Brock and Trevor.

She got to Brock first to grab his wheelchair and stop his downward fall. With Trevor, she was gentler. She got under him to make herself kind of a cushion. She made sure he rested on his back on the cold stone. Brock recovered next to him.

She zipped away. Their mission was to somehow get Adam Forwarder through the portal to Domitika. She had to get to Adam.

Damn, I'm having a crazy day, Trevor had just enough time to think before agony drove all thoughts from his mind.
